Contex to Premiere HD iFLEX, Nextimage 4 at SGIA Expo

New Flatbed Scanner, Productivity Scanning Software to 
be Showcased at National / AZON Equipment Booth #843

Rockville, MD - Contex, the world's leader of wide format scanning and imaging solutions, today announces it will premiere the HD iFLEX A2/C-size flatbed scanner at SGIA Expo,October 23-25, in Orlando, FL. The recently introduced HD iFLEX is an intuitively designed scanner that combines speed and versatility to capture originals of varying size, thickness, and fragility. The newest edition of Nextimage 4 complements the HD iFLEX by enabling users to double the scanning capacity of the flatbed from A2/C-size to A1/D-size. Contex will demonstrate the HD iFLEX, Nextimage 4, and new ergonomically designed stands, along with the Canon imagePROGRAF W8400 wide format printer at National / AZON Equipment booth #843.

The HD iFLEX uses innovative features to bring adaptability, exceptional image quality, and maximum efficiency to demanding imaging environments. Its single CCD camera captures oversized originals and delivers vivid images without any stitch errors. Combined with Nextimage 4, users save time with new features including "instant on" and SnapScan, a Scan-Enhance-Save capability that eliminates the need to rescan after modifications are made. The HD iFLEX is also PageDrop-enabled, allowing users to send scans from the HD iFLEX to specified web destinations via smartphone or tablet without a computer or other software.
