Matik, Inc. Names Max Golter VP of Sales

West Hartford, CT:  Matik, Inc. distributors for leading European manufacturers of printing, packaging and converting machinery, has named Max Golter as its new Vice President of Sales for Olbrich coater/laminator & Goebel slitter/rewinder product lines.

“Matik represents some of the leading manufacturers from Europe. Matik’s brands offer cutting edge technologies that provide our customers the efficiencies they need to succeed in today’s competitive marketplace. Max’s technical knowledge and reputation for customer service will further strengthen Matik’s ability to meet the needs of our customers,” noted Wolfgang Ripper, President of Matik. 

Mr. Golter had recently worked as VP of Sales for Bielomatik Jagenberg in Windsor, CT  and had previously been a sales leader for Beloit Corporation.

Golter will be responsible for providing customized coating & laminating solutions  from Olbrich and  high performance slitting & rewinding solutions from Goebel Schneid- und Wickelsysteme. Both high quality German manufacturers.

Max has dual engineering degrees (Electrical & Computer Science) from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is an Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. Max is an Assistant Scoutmaster in Illinois where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
