Van Son Proud to Launch its Grand Format Ink Line at Print 13

Press release from the issuing company

Calling all digital printers: Van Son’s Wide Format Inkjet Ink line is now available for your grand format machines

Hauppauge, NY - Visitors attending Print 13 in Chicago this September will be introduced to Van Son Holland Ink’s innovative new product line of grand format inks.  Van Son’s Grand Format Ink line will meet the needs of grand format printers with its electrifying color, unimaginable print quality and fast drying qualities with exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of media.

The Grand format ink line is “in response to the demand in the marketplace for an economical, high quality alternative to major printer manufacturer’s ink.” said John Sammis, president of Van Son Ink.

Van Son’s Grand Format Ink line serves a wide range of digital printers such as VuTek, Durst, Agfa and HP.  The Grand Format line offers LED, UV curable, and Eco-solvent based inks.  Van Son’s Grand Format line outshines the quality of traditional OEM manufactured inks due to their unique formulations.  With the Grand Format line from Van Son printers will be amazed with the clog free recipe, increased productivity and the exceptional color gamut which achieves about 80% of Pantone colors.  Furthermore, the printer does not need to be cleaned as frequently which will save printers ½ liter of ink per day.

Van Son was founded in 1872 and is a leading manufacturer of ink and pressroom supplies.  As printing technology continues to evolve, Van Son’s team of ink formulators are busy creating new and better inks — formulas for today’s emerging trends and technologies — and even experimental printing applications destined to become the printing standards of the next generation of printers.
