IKON Adds Gerald Luterman to Board

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--Nov. 3, 2003-- IKON Office Solutions, the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of $6 billion KeySpan Corporation, Gerald Luterman, has joined the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Luterman brings to the Board a variety of management experience from highly successful companies, such as KeySpan, Arrow Electronics and American Express. "Mr. Luterman, with 30 plus years of service to notable companies, offers a valued perspective on our business and the opportunities that lay ahead. He strengthens the Board as an important resource to IKON and we welcome him," said Matthew J. Espe, Chairman and CEO of IKON Office Solutions. Prior to KeySpan, Mr. Luterman was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the world's largest distributor of electronic component and computer products to industrial and commercial customers, Arrow Electronics. He also spent 11 years with American Express in various management roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Consumer Card Division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Luterman was a principal with Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Luterman also serves on the boards of Technology Solutions Company, a leading systems integration and business consulting firm, as well as the Lutheran Medical Center Hospital and Greater Jamaica Development Corporation.
