Roll Systems Awarded Xerox Finishing Partner of the Year

Burlington, MA (March 23, 2004) - Roll Systems has been named by Xerox Corporation as recipient of the "Finishing Partner of the Year, Post-Sale Support" award. This is the second year in a row Roll has won this award. The award was presented to Ray Adams, Roll's vice president of customer service, during a recent Xerox partner meeting in Rochester, NY. "This award acknowledges Roll's high level of achievement in customer service," said Jerry Murray, vice president of marketing, Xerox Production Solutions Business Unit. "Roll Systems continues to set the standard for taking care of customers after the sale." This award was based upon the critical importance of supporting Xerox customers after the sale has been completed. To choose the winner, Xerox relied on input from customers and from their own service organization. Said Ray Adams, "Roll is proud to be the winner two years running of Xerox's post-sale support award. All of our people are dedicated to taking care of our mutual customers, whenever they need that care.
