Press release from the issuing company
Labelexpo Americas 2012, the highly anticipated flexographic event, was a major success for global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of America.
Harper Corporation experienced a large volume of attendees at its booth, which featured a display of the popular Phantom QD ink proofing system. Additionally, event participants were drawn to the state of the art engraving technology that the industry leader has developed. This technology, dubbed Extreme Digital Imaging (XDI), was displayed on a ceramic roll that bore the portraits of Ron and Katherine Harper, founders of Harper Corporation of America. A second, smaller roll was engraved with bold totem pole-like images. This particular display highlighted LaserKote engravings, which are perfect for high volume printing.
Held September 11 through 13 in Chicago, Illinois, Labelexpo drew the attention of industry professionals across the world. An event that flexographic leaders look forward to, the conference provided professionals with the chance to network, learn more about today's industry, and witness the technological innovations that are pushing the flexographic field into the future.
Vice President of Operations Lee Kluttz comments: "Harper Corporation of America is always excited to share the technology and printing processes that have made today's flexographic industry something special. Labelexpo provides us with the opportunity to meet with industry leaders and show a variety of professionals what we at Harper Corporation have to offer."
Harper Corporation of America is heavily involved in industry functions and looks forward to next year's Labelexpo Europe in Brussels.
