Domino Appoints David Ellen To Head Up Sales In North America

March 4, 2004 -- Leading inkjet printer manufacturer Domino, has announced the appointment of David Ellen as Director Commercial Printing Sales in North America. David will also maintain his current, global role, as Director of the Commercial Printing Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and remain a member of the Domino Group Management Board. David’s expanded role commenced as of February 1st. He will relocate from the UK to Domino Amjet Inc’s facility in Gurnee, near Chicago IL. As part of the his remit, his objectives will include strengthening Domino’s brand awareness and increasing overall market share. Commenting on the new role, David Ellen says, “I’m immensely thrilled to be joining the North American team. This is a very exciting time for the company, particularly having just launched the new Domino ON Demand solution and I look forward to growing Domino’s business in support of both customers and OEMs in North America.” Nigel Bond, Group Managing Director of Domino, adds, “The inclusion of North American Commercial Printing Sales under David replicates the structure elsewhere in the Domino CP Division and is designed to maximize operational efficiencies and commercial opportunities more broadly in this market.”
