Print-as-a-Service Solution for Managed Service Providers to debut at Chicago event

OKI Data Americas announces its participation and platinum sponsorship of the ASCII Success Summit, taking place September 20, 2012 at the Hyatt Rosemont in Chicago, IL – one of six stops along the national ASCII tour of events focusing on emerging IT trends for Managed Services Providers (MSPs). In addition to showcasing its Managed Print Services (MPS) offering –Total Managed Print – OKI Data will introduce the new Print-as-a-Service – a new solution designed exclusively for MSPs. This new MPS offering will be presented during OKI Data's keynote presentation entitled, "The 'As-a-Service' Program Every MSP Needs," taking place from 3:20-3:45 p.m. CDT in the hotel's Coleman Ballroom.
    
OKI Data's turnkey Print-as-a-Service solution removes the barriers and pitfalls associated with printed document output, providing MSPs with the ability to become a single source total solution provider without significant investment. During OKI Data's keynote presentation, Christopher DiReda, OKI Data National Sales Director, will demonstrate how Print-as-a Service can help MSPs develop a predictable and recurring revenue-based service model while realizing incremental profits for sustainable business growth and securing long-term customer retention.

OKI Data will also present the features and functionality of its Total Managed Print (TMP) solution – a modular offering that can be leveraged turnkey as a complete MPS business model, or individually at the component level, to augment an existing business model. The solution, consisting of nine customizable modules, enables businesses to reduce overall expenditures while improving efficiencies and employee productivity, removing the burden of print ownership by providing a cloud-based, brand and device agnostic print fleet management tool. The solution helps businesses realize immediate and long-term savings by generating new and recurring revenue streams while helping customers save money and optimize their print environments.
