Standard Press Executive Invited to Speak at Key Print Industry Conferences

Standard Press, Atlanta’s oldest independent printer, today announced company Executive Vice President and Marketing Strategist Linda Bishop will be speaking at two key print industry conferences next month. Bishop, a long-time veteran of the commercial printing industry and founder ofa national sales consulting company, will share her industry insights and recommendations with attendees at the Printing Industries of New England (PINE) 2012 Print Management Conference and the Printing Industries of America (PIA) Integrated Print Forum.

“I’ve always appreciated the opportunity to be able to share my personal business experiences with industry colleagues. It’s gratifying that someone can learn from what I’ve done in order to achieve their own individual success,” said Linda Bishop, Standard Press Executive Vice President and Marketing Strategist. “While my role at Standard Press enables me to guide our sales force on a daily basis, I’m honored that both PINE and PIA have asked me to present at their events in order to help a larger group of individuals reach their full potential.”

The 2012 Print Management Conference is scheduled for October 20 – 23, 2012 at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Mashantucket, CT. Bishop’s presentation will focus on strategic sales development, including how and where individuals should go to develop new business and the difference between yesterday’s sales person and today’s sales person.

On October 29 and 30, Bishop will speak at PIA’s headquarters near Pittsburgh, PA. Her presentation for the Integrated Print Forum is, “Changing the Conversation” where she partners with Patti Dumas, Vice President of Marketing at HBP to share insights on business growth in today’s marketplace.
