TKS has a superb reputation for offset presses and we know this will carry over to its JETLEADER product line”.
Mr. Yoshikazu Shiba President and CEO of TKS, Ltd. said, “ We are excited to be working with Newsweb. It has a great reputation in its market and wants to enjoy the benefits of offset and ink jet printing. TKS spent the last several years bringing the JETLEADER to market and having a North American show place is very important to prove the technology and business model as well as to further work with paper and ink suppliers in a more central location”.
The JETLEADER 1500 is anticipated to be operational this October in Newsweb’s Chicago plant with the intent for people to see while attending the Graph Expo convention October 7 through 10.
Mr. Nobuyuki Nakajima, President of TKS (USA) said , “The JETLEADER 1500 will be used to print smaller runs that are now on its offset press as well as going after new business including books and catalogs. Newsweb will explore new markets using the variable data capabilities of the JETLEADER. We are very happy to have Newsweb join our North American family of customers”.
