IKON to Share Vision at The 2004 Outsourcing World Summit

Moderated by Conference Chair Michael F. Corbett, the internationally recognized author and lecturer on outsourcing, the panel will focus on creating business value through strategic outsourcing. As a panelist, Rupert will highlight the importance of service excellence in outsourcing, recognizing that the best results will be found through a combination of expertise and world-class service levels.
