Merrill Corporation Names Joe Mann, Vice President For Litigation Support Services

February 23, 2004 -- St. Paul, Minn. - Merrill Corporation, a global, diversified communications and document services provider, today announced that Joe Mann joined the company as vice president, litigation support services effective February 16, 2004.
Mann is responsible for leading Merrill’s document litigation support business nationwide.

Before joining Merrill Corporation, Mann served as vice president for Driven, Inc., a litigation support company located in Washington, D.C. Prior to that he served as a senior director at Engenium Corporation.
