As part of its commitment to providing customer-focused technology solutions, Screen (USA) has announced the appointment of Thomas Wagner as Print on Demand Solutions Engineer. Wagner brings to his new post a wealth of experience in presales technical support, printing system configuration and customer needs analysis.

Wagner conducts user training on Truepress high-speed inkjet presses on display in the recently expanded Screen Demonstration Center in Rolling Meadows, Ill. Wagner supports Screen’s sales efforts by demonstrating how Truepress printing systems, combined with front-end solutions and added professional services, can print challenging jobs under diverse operating conditions using a wide range of substrates. He also coordinates Truepress installations at customer sites. In addition, he works with busy printing professionals to troubleshoot problems they may encounter trying to print specific jobs or master a particular application.

Before joining Screen (USA), Wagner held different positions, including technical sales solutions/project manager and technical solutions consultant/senior systems engineer, with companies that manufacture inkjet and toner-based printing systems.
