Approval Manager includes hundreds of features for automating online proofing and approvals for marketing, creative, web design and production environments. The new release includes industry leading annotation and markup tools for concepting and proofing web pages, HTML based emails, video and audio files. Mobile access for iPad/iPhone and Android based devices now allows reviewers and managers to collaborate anywhere. Digital signatures and compliance with United States FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11 enable healthcare organizations with the ability to utilize Approval Manager 2012 R2 within their review and approval workflows.

Web Page, Email, Video and Audio Review Tools
Now, interactive web pages and emails can be routed through approval workflows and annotated by reviewers. Collaboration on web page and email content can be done in realtime or routed for private review.

"We believe we have delivered the industry's most powerful web site and interactive content review tools in this release," says Robert Long, President of MetaCommunications. "This is a major step for the industry, and is just the beginning of the tools we intend to offer online marketing and creative professionals."

Powerful video annotation and markup tools have also been added in the latest release. Reviewers have scalable timelines, frame-by-frame markup, scrubbing tools and the ability to upload a wide variety of popular video and audio formats.

Support for iPad and Android Based Mobile Devices
Approval Manager 2012 now supports proofing on iOS and Android mobile devices. Users can now use their iPhones, iPads, and Android devices to participate in the review process anywhere and instantly. Managers have full access to proof workflows and control over the process and deadline management.
