Multi-Color Corp. Names Donald Kneir as President of Decorating Solutions Division

CINCINNATI, Feb. 9 -- Multi-Color Corporation has hired Donald E. Kneir as President of its Decorating Solutions Division. The addition of this position to Multi-Color is consistent with the aggressive growth strategy of the corporation.
In his new role, Mr. Kneir will be responsible for the leadership and management of the company's label division and its strategic presence in the industry, with a focus on new product development, customer relationships and profitable revenue growth.
With a compound average growth rate higher than 20%, a 3-year stock price increase of 198% and a rating, by Forbes Magazine, as the 7th Most Up and Coming Company, Multi-Color has experienced increasing success over the past five years. To further develop the tremendous strength of the corporation, Mr. Kneir has been chosen to lead the label business into the future.

Prior to Multi-Color, Mr. Kneir was President of API Foils, Inc., General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Field Container's Box Division and Director of Marketing for Pechiney/American National Can. Mr. Kneir holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
