After outgrowing their Charlotte locations, Classic recently gathered their New Media, Printing, and Mailing/Fulfillment capabilities under one roof. This presented the perfect timing to act on their company-wide commitment to Operational Excellence. Once they created an infrastructure and team, they awarded Octopus with the project of implementing Octopus MES to help Classic’s team with production monitoring, analysis, and discovery.
