alfaQuest/IPA has acquired Parascan Technologies as part of their continued growth and commitment to the newspaper industry.
Parascan Technologies was one of the first companies to concentrate on automation of pre-press workflows for the newspaper industry. As a result, Parascan's solutions are being used today by over 150 of the leading Newspaper groups worldwide.
alfaQuest's extensive product line-up will be strengthened by the additional functionality of Parascan's technology. It is well recognized that the transition to automated digital pre-press workflow is a complex process and that the requirements are different for each newspaper printer.
