Press release from the issuing company

Wausau Paper today announced its first digital size to the Astrobrights® line, the first digital offering on the market in the brights category. The new 18 x 12 size is available in Solar Yellow™ 80 lb. Cover and expands Wausau Paper’s lineup of digital substrates. The new offering meets USPS 9 pt. requirements, is guaranteed for all toner-based production presses, and is acid- and lignin-free for great quality that does not deteriorate.

“Wausau Paper’s digital size offering crosses a broad range of grades, including brights, text and cover, metallics, opaques, color copy and index,” says Andrea Alstad, manager of strategic markets, print & color, for Wausau Paper. “We’re excited to expand our digital offering into the brights category for designers, printers and consumers who want their message to get noticed. As the only mill to offer 80 lb. Cover in the brights category, Wausau Paper offers customers access to a wider range of digital printing possibilities.”
