TOKYO, - Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. was ranked highest for two consecutive years in the 2011 Japan Color Copier Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM, which was released on September 1 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information service company.
Fuji Xerox received the highest scores in all three evaluation factors: products, sales response and maintenance services. The high evaluations not only for the products but for the human services led to the overall No.1 position.
In the study results, J.D. Power Asia Pacific reported that one of the customer activities that will be necessary in the future is proposing customized solutions for customer problems, taking into account the customer's cost cutting needs, line of business and usage environment. Fuji Xerox is aiming to provide quality solutions and services that meet customers' management challenges including enhancement of their business efficiency and information security, while providing products and customer support worthy of the evaluation.
J.D. Power Asia Pacific has been conducting the customer satisfaction studies for color copiers in offices since 1993. The company conducted the 2011 study during May and June, targeting business entities in Japan with 30 or more employees, and received 4,343 responses.
