Press release from the issuing company
October 6, 2003 -- In September, over 400 industry professionals attended two exciting WhatTheyThink events featuring Dr. Joe Webb. The presentations focused on economic trends, industry forecasts and management strategies for senior printing and publishing executives.
On September 29th at Graph Expo, speaking to a crowd of some 200 show attendees, Dr. Joe Webb described how printers need to take ownership of part of the communications process to increase their value to clients and, at the same time, increase their own revenues. While he made it clear that not all printers will enter into the communications fray, Dr. Joe explained how those that do can differentiate themselves by positioning themselves as experts in the fulfillment and logistics business. This event was sponsored by MAN Roland.
