Colonial Printing Company Joins Integrity Graphics

NAPL M&A Team Introduces Owners, Advises on Strategy

East Rutherford, N.J. - Integrity Graphics, Inc., headquartered in Windsor, Conn,, has announced a merger with Colonial Printing Company of Warwick, R.I. The Warwick manufacturing facility will remain open with all its employees, and will be known as Colonial Printing, a Division of Integrity Graphics, Inc. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The NAPL M&A Team was instrumental in facilitating the merger and has worked with Integrity Graphics over a number of years. John Hyde, NAPL Senior Vice President and M&A expert said, "Through customized research of the target market, we identified and contacted a number of companies on behalf of Integrity Graphics. During the initial conversations with Colonial Printing, it became apparent to us that the companies shared a very similar customer base with similar capabilities. Once we introduced the company owners, they were quick to agree."
 
Joe LaValla, Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Graphics, has a history of successfully integrating companies under the Integrity Graphics banner. The company philosophy is one of continually improving the quality of products and systems, remaining a leader in research and development, and creating and maintaining lasting relationships with their customers. "We're excited and energized by the future we share with Colonial Printing. We truly feel that bringing our two companies together will be good for us as owners, as well as being good for the employees. Combining our companies has made us much stronger today than we were last week."
 
Continued LaValla, "We've been talking with Colonial for nearly two years, and in that time we've become friends. Our business practices, visions, and goals are very similar. We have a strong management team, and although we have a lot of work ahead, we have the right people in place to do it."
 
Ray Menna, founder of Colonial Printing Company, will stay on in an advisory role. Ken Menna, Vice President of Colonial will become the Chief Operating Officer of Integrity Graphics. Said Ken Menna, "I am very excited by the opportunities created by combining Integrity and Colonial. I feel strongly that it is a very positive development for our customers, employees and vendors. Our increased capacity and software development resources, combined with our existing reputation for quality, will solidify us as one of the premier commercial printing companies in the northeast."
