NAPL M&A Team Introduces Owners, Advises on Strategy

East Rutherford, N.J. - Integrity Graphics, Inc., headquartered in Windsor, Conn,, has announced a merger with Colonial Printing Company of Warwick, R.I. The Warwick manufacturing facility will remain open with all its employees, and will be known as Colonial Printing, a Division of Integrity Graphics, Inc. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The NAPL M&A Team was instrumental in facilitating the merger and has worked with Integrity Graphics over a number of years. John Hyde, NAPL Senior Vice President and M&A expert said, "Through customized research of the target market, we identified and contacted a number of companies on behalf of Integrity Graphics. During the initial conversations with Colonial Printing, it became apparent to us that the companies shared a very similar customer base with similar capabilities. Once we introduced the company owners, they were quick to agree."
 
Joe LaValla, Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Graphics, has a history of successfully integrating companies under the Integrity Graphics banner. Ray Menna, founder of Colonial Printing Company, will stay on in an advisory role. Ken Menna, Vice President of Colonial will become the Chief Operating Officer of Integrity Graphics.
