Masterpiece Graphix Introduces HP Indigo-Certified Heat Transfer Sheets

Press release from the issuing company

St. Louis, MO – Masterpiece Graphix (MGX), a digital material manufacturer and treatment center, is now offering a unique heat transfer sheet material that has been certified by the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) to run on the HP Indigo sheet press series. Masterpiece Premium Heat Transfer Sheets for Light Fabrics (MGX-1471) has been RIT-Certified for use on the HP Indigo 5000/5500 and the HP Indigo 7000. Digital printers can now utilize their HP Indigo sheet press to create colorful high-quality graphics for garment and other fabric heat transfer applications, opening up a new revenue chain for their digital business.

Masterpiece Premium Heat Transfer Sheets for Light Fabrics work best on cotton, or cotton/polyester blend white or light-colored fabrics with a tight weave. The transfer is very durable, with excellent color density lasting at least 15-20 wash cycles.  Applications include T-shirts, tote bags, pillowcases, ribbon, and other custom fabric goods.

Masterpiece Premium Heat Transfer Sheets for Light Fabrics make producing digitally-printed heat transfer products easy and trouble-free. First the graphic is digitally printed as a mirror image on the non-glossy, unlined side of the material. Any unprinted paper is trimmed off of the printed graphic before application, so that only the graphic is transferred to the garment. A heat press set at 375°F with a high pressure setting (60 psi) is recommended for the best transfer results.

Information on Masterpiece Premium Heat Transfer Sheets for Light Fabrics (MGX-1471) is available by contacting MGX at (636) 349-6401 x225, or [email protected].
