FOSTER CITY, Calif. - January 26, 2004 - Electronics For Imaging, the world leader in digital imaging and print management solutions for commercial and enterprise printing, today announced the creation of a PSI Support center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. PSI customers make up the largest installed base of EFI's commercial print MIS users. With customer support, product management, development and quality assurance together in one location, EFI will provide PSI customers more rapid response time and higher quality customer service.
"With the PSI staff together in Pittsburgh, we have created a stronger, more cohesive team to serve our growing customer base," said Marc Olin, vice president and general manager of EFI's Professional Printing Products. "We will also be establishing a dedicated PSI training center in Pittsburgh. This option, together with our existing on-site training, and comprehensive online and telephone support will provide our customers the skills they need to leverage the PSI system to its fullest potential."
