"The high-end capabilities of the iGen4 press has allowed CCG to advance digital print as a marketing solution and spur growth in our direct mail, loyalty, and consumer facing sampling programs." said Rick Walsh, Vice President of Print Operations. "With the iGen4 EXP our set-up time is reduced, productivity is increased and new high-value applications can be created."

Machine Facts and Stats:

  • Largest sheet size (14.33" x 26") in class – produces multi-up jobs such as full-size tri-fold brochures, and postcards and greeting cards, or extra large book covers and jackets.
  • Automated Web to Finish solution – streamlines the production process as orders come in, quickly changing and synchronizing production instructions as needed.
  • Integration with Adobe PDF Print Engine – drives quick and reliable printing of native Adobe PDF files with expanded prepress and make-ready productivity improvements.
