Press release from the issuing company

Keynoter kicks off "The Difference is You" Theme for the Sept. 8-10 Program for Small and Mid-Size Commercial/Quick Printing Company Owners and Managers

East Rutherford, N.J. – Do you trust your instincts and natural strengths? Do you let them be your guide in business? If you don't, you are probably not realizing your full potential. At the 2011 Owners Conference, headline keynote speaker Ross Slater, founder and president of Metris Group, Inc., will help attendees identify how to strategically use their natural abilities to become more productive, focused, and successful.

The theme of this year's Conference, set for September 8-10 at the Doubletree Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile, is "The Difference is You," and Slater, promises to bring an interactive, individually-focused keynote session. In fact, attendees will be called upon to do some pre-conference work in order to get the most benefit out of the session and the conference.

Each attendee will be asked to take a complimentary Kolbe A Index (which measures an individual's instinctive or natural strengths, and then describes the way each person takes action based on those strengths) prior to the Owners Conference. At the Friday, September 9th, opening keynote session, which is sponsored by Xerox, each participant will receive the results and analysis of their Kolbe ATM Index, and Slater will then delve into how those results can be translated into ongoing personal and business success.

In addition, attendees can participate in a breakout session with Slater (immediately following the keynote presentation) where they will learn how the Kolbe A Index can be used throughout an organization to improve overall productivity, communication, and efficiencies.

The Owners Conference, which has a rich history of delivering top-rated programming and networking opportunities for small and mid-sized commercial print/quick printing company owners and managers, will exceed those standards again this year.

With sessions such as "Tweet Me Right: Business Success with Twitter" with Paul Strack of  CustomXM; "What's Happening and What's Ahead for Quick and Small Commercial Printers" with Andy Paparozzi, NAPL; "LinkedIn for Power Users" with Scott Cappel, Sorrento Mesa Printing; and "Zap the Gap!" with Baby Boomer Larry Johnson & Gen-X daughter Meagan Johnson of Johnson Training Group; attendees can be sure they will be receiving the latest and most important information for their businesses.

Combine all that with the Ideas Exchange, panel discussions, Supplier Showcase and the many other activities planned for the conference, and owners and managers will be armed with plenty of resources, strategies, tactics, and tools to face the business challenges ahead.
