Prism Software Announces New President, CEO Leaves

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--Jan. 26, 2004--Prism Software Corp. today announced the promotion of David Ayres to President. In his new role, Ayres will lead all sales, marketing, development, and technical service operations.
"We plan to move forward aggressively to grow our business and continue to help Prism customers gain competitive advantages and reduce their operational costs," remarked Ayres.
Ayres was most recently VP of Sales and Marketing with Prism and has been in the industry for over 20 years with market-leading companies such as Canon USA. Ted Daniels, formerly CEO, has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
