Vertis Announces Marketing Agreement with Prominent NYC Photographer
Press release from the issuing company
BALTIMORE--Jan. 21, 2004-- Vertis, the premier provider of targeted advertising, media, and marketing services, announced today a marketing agreement with Mark Feaster, prominent New York City photographer, to work with its IC2 image creation studio.
The agreement allows IC2 and Vertis to better serve clients by offering the expertise of Feaster, a veteran New York photographer. Key to the marketing agreement is the establishment of IC2 in Feaster's Manhattan studio at 9 East 19th Street. IC2's lead artist and creative director, Josh Zuercher will move into the studio to further facilitate collaboration, resulting in clients benefiting from the creative environment and interaction with the photographer and digital artist.
Zuercher, while working at Vertis' Lot 44 studio in Richmond, Va., created award winning imagery for clients such as The Richards Group, The Martin Agency, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Arnold Worldwide. The collaboration with Feaster will accentuate the studio's specialty in creative imaging, photoillustration and photography to produce the highest quality advertising, e-commerce, and corporate communications.
In the last 15 years, Mark Feaster has earned a reputation for powerful still-life photography. Specializing in high-end luxury goods, Feaster takes a clean graphic approach to showcase products. A freelance photographer in Los Angeles prior to moving to New York, his clients include IBM, Estee Lauder, Bloomingdale's, National Geographic, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Grey Worldwide.
"This marketing agreement reinforces Vertis' commitment to serving the creative needs of our agency and corporate clients," said Janice Mayo, senior vice president of national sales and marketing for Vertis. "The business of advertising has changed dramatically and marketers are looking for ways to enhance their images, repurpose established material, and get to market faster. Vertis' creative artists deliver results but never sacrifice creative integrity."
