Vertis Greenville Facility Recognized As One Of The Best Workplaces In America

Press release from the issuing company

BALTIMORE, MD. – Vertis, the premier provider of targeted advertising, media, and marketing services, recently was commended for excellence in human relations. Its Greenville, Michigan facility was recognized as one of “The Best Workplaces In America” for the second consecutive year. The national award is sponsored by the Master Printers of America, a unit of the Printing Industries of America. The companies who entered the competition were judged based on six categories: work environment and organizational culture; training and development opportunities; financial security; personal/work life balance; recognition and rewards; and health and well-being programs. “The Vertis Greenville division and its 250 employees have always believed that it is the people that give any organization its ‘competitive edge’ in the marketplace,” said Bob Schuleit, vice president and division manager for Vertis’ Greenville facility. “Being acknowledged for the second consecutive year demonstrates that we continue to set the standard for upholding this belief.” In addition to being recognized as a “Best Workplace In America,” the division has also received the Gold Ink Award for print quality for the second consecutive year. The award was presented to Vertis at the Graph Expo Print Show in October, 2003. For more information please contact Donovan Roche or Michelle Metter at (619) 234-0345.
