January 15, 2004 – (Paramus, NJ) Colter & Peterson, a leading supplier and servicer of paper cutters in the United States announced that it has formed a new division: Colter & Peterson Canada to service the Canadian market.
Dan Barber, a former long time employee of Dexter-Lawson Manufacturing (purchased by Colter & Peterson in August 2003) will be managing director of the new company based in Cambridge, Ontario.
