Océ PRISMAdrive 2.3 software gives print service providers a complete overview of all printers in their production environment. This overview includes print queues for each machine, the status of each printer, detailed job information and very precise job schedules. All this allows operators to manage print queues easily, schedule jobs more efficiently and ensure that all printers run at maximum capacity.

Intuitive print load balancing

When users need to print a large job with multiple copies on several printers, Océ PRISMAdrive 2.3 software turns them into a single virtual printer. It splits copies over several production printers in the same family taking into account the scheduled workload and speed of each machine. The software automatically calculates production so that all parts of the job finish at the same time. As a result, operators do not have to wait for one printer to finish in order to complete the job. They can schedule jobs more accurately, confidently accept orders with tight deadlines and use printers more efficiently and productively.

Easy job redirection

If a printer breaks down during a high-priority job, drag-and-drop functionality allows operators to easily redirect the job to another printer in the same family. This allows them to respond quickly to unexpected setbacks, get jobs out on time and keep customers happy.

Integration with other Océ PRISMA modules
