Gerald Judd Sales acquire Tavistock Paper from Inapa

Press release from the issuing company

The Boards of Gerald Judd Sales and Inapa Merchant Holdings are pleased to announce today that they have reached agreement on the terms of the acquisition of Inapa's UK subsidiary Tavistock Paper Sales, with immediate effect.

Tavistock Paper Sales, a UK based paper supplier, will perfectly compliment the portfolio of services offered by Gerald Judd Sales and the combined company will have a sales turnover in excess of £28.5 million.

The profitability and security of Gerald Judd Sales will provide long term service sustainability for both Tavistock suppliers and customers. Additionally the agreement secures for the company ongoing access to Inapa paper brands, Inaset and Inacopia.

Jonathan Addy MD of Gerald Judd Sales stated " The suppliers and customers of Tavistock should feel reassured that we will take a business as usual approach to future operations." He continued, "The merging of expertise, knowledge and business across a combined supplier and customer base, that has zero overlaps, will provide ample opportunities for both companies to grow."

Both Gerald Judd Sales and Tavistock Paper Sales will continue to trade separately, although buying and administration functions will be brought together.

Tony Kingston of Tavistock commented, " I look forward to the support and personal service, that Gerald Judd are renowned for, supporting our services to all Tavistock customers and continuing to help us grow the company successfully."

Jonathan Addy in conclusion stated, " Throughout this whole process we have forged a tremendous relationship with Inapa Merchant Holdings and we look forward to working closely with them during the six to twelve month transition period."
