Maxson offers a sheeter for the photographic ink jet printer market

Westerly, RI - MAXSON AUTOMATIC MACHINERY COMPANY offers a sheeter designed to convert rolls of premium coated paper for the photo ink jet printer market.  With its compact delivery system, the machine can produce package ready product with one operator.  
 
The cutting section includes a slitter rig that permits up to 7 piles across the width of the sheeter.  The sheet length range is 8" – 24" (203 – 610 mm) long.  The electronic dual motor drive maintains accuracy to within +0.010" (+0.254 mm) of cut off.    The cutter permits knife loading up to 250 pounds/3300 ft2 (400 grams/meter2).   
 
The tandem delivery system conveys the cut sized sheets to jog boxes at the collection point.  Off loading of the reams is activated by a preset sheet count and can be done manually or automatically.
