Wilmington, Mass. - interlinkONE, Inc., provider of web-based marketing software solutions, today announced it has added enhancements to its ilinkONE Version 8 software. ilinkONE Version 8 delivers end-to-end personalized marketing, fulfillment and variable print solutions, making it easier for customers to create and deliver each aspect of their campaign. Recognizing that the components being used to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns continue to change, interlinkONE is committed to staying innovative to meet customer's needs by enhancing the various aspects of its software including online ordering, customer relationship management, marketing, print, and warehousing and inventory management.
Some of the key enhancements were added to features such as:
Order Placement – Users now have the ability to view the contents of their shopping cart while they are browsing for other products or return to a shopping cart even if they have left the site for a period of hours. Additionally, administrators can provide users with the ability to add a product to their "Favorites" list directly from the Order Placement process.
Check Order Status – Additional search options make it easier to locate orders by using the recipient's name, company, or location.
Visual Campaign Build and Management – The user interface for this tool has been modified making it easier when viewing and demonstrating multi-channel marketing campaigns that are set up in the system.
Emails: Sending and Auto-Response – Users now have the ability to specify the FROM address (the display name and email) when they are in the process of sending out an email blast or auto-response email. This should help to streamline the process for marketers that need to send out emails on behalf of someone else.
Auto-Creation of Thumbnails and Images for Products – Users can simply upload the PDF that is associated to the product and the system will produce a thumbnail and image based on the file that has been uploaded. Users can specify the default sizes before the images are created.
Print Specifications – This new feature allows users to enter specific details when defining print specifications, including fields such as "Cover Weight," "Flat Size," "Color," "Bleeds," and other print-specific fields.
Shipping Costs and Notifications – The estimated shipping costs and the estimated delivery date for orders being shipped via FedEx will now be displayed during the checkout process for users that are placing orders.
Inventory Receiving – Warehouse personnel now have the ability to edit the Weight of a product during the Inventory Receiving process that will then be saved on the part record.
