Ken Staubitz, respected industry service leader, joins Strategy Development

Bryn Mawr, PA - Strategy Development, an industry leading management consulting and advanced training firm, welcomes the addition of Ken Staubitz to the team as a Service Consultant.  Staubitz, who has over fourteen years experience in the industry, has spent the majority of his career with Modern Office Methods (MOM), based in Cincinnati, Ohio.   Throughout his career, Staubitz has held various service leadership and operational positions of increasing responsibility.  As a consultant with Strategy Development, he will be able to leverage his multifaceted experience to coach dealers towards achieving significant operational and quality improvements in the area of service operations.

Most recently, Staubitz served as MOM's Director of Client Services where he managed a team of sixty employees as MOM exceeded industry benchmarks in service returns.   Staubitz has served on the Lanier Dealer Advisory Council and was an E-Automate Service Committee member.
