The parent company of EskoArtwork, the leading supplier of design and workflow automation products for the packaging industry, announced that it plans to sell EskoArtwork to Danaher, a U.S. industrial conglomerate. The deal, which is still subject to regulatory approval, has a price of $470 million and is expected to close by mid-2011. EskoArtwork's products are widely used by packaging converters as well as their partners and customers, the packaging designers, and brand owners.
