Highly-rated, fast growing Salt Lake City-based Softwaremedia.com Inc. is Enfocus Inc.'s newest Certified Reseller in North America. Softwaremedia is adding the full line of Enfocus products - including world-renowned PitStop Pro 10 and the Switch automation family - to its portfolio.
"Sundance is not the only exciting thing going on here this week," says Enfocus Channel Manager Steve Hosford. "Softwaremedia is a hot property, successfully balancing big-company power and progress with tremendous customer service," he says, citing Softwaremedia policies such as human phone answering within three rings.
"Softwaremedia is a good example of a value-added reseller we like to align with," Hosford says. "The product catalog is based on true understanding of customer needs."
Mark Sullivan, customer service director at Softwaremedia, says that the Enfocus line exemplifies wise, user-based product development. "No one understands customer-focused thinking better than us, except for maybe Enfocus," he says good-humoredly. "The truth is that customer-first focus has made Enfocus the leader that it is - the one our clients are asking for."
Softwaremedia wanted to have a closer partnership with Enfocus, and was impressed with the company's Certified Reseller Certification criteria. "Enfocus is a huge name, and we wanted to be on the bandwagon, and so the effort was very worthwhile," Sullivan explains.
"When we're in partnership with the manufacturer we have more product, we can provide tech support, and we garner the knowledge it takes to increase sales that benefit both of us."
