Converters of sensitive, value-added materials such as metallized paper or highly glossed label paper can insure the quality of their sheeted stock with the Metallized Paper Sheeter.  The cutter, delivery and stacking systems are specifically designed to achieve higher speeds while minimizing scratching, thereby providing a high quality, press ready product.
 
The dual knife rotary cutter is outfitted with two AC motors that are governed by a microprocessor.  The dual motor drive design consistently provides a sheet length accuracy of +0.015" (+0.381 mm) while maintaining a square sheet.  This high level of accuracy allows converters to precision sheet value-added material with minimal waste.

The Sheeter can convert webs up to 65" (1651 mm) wide and deliver sheets from 11" – 80" (281 – 2032 mm).  It offers the ability to precision sheet up to four rolls of material without scratching or damaging the surface of the web.
