Streamline Solutions announces PrintStream 2011 production release

Press release from the issuing company

San Rafael, CA - Streamline Solutions, an industry leader in MIS systems for the Graphic Arts industry, released PrintStream 2011 for widespread installation to its vast group of user sites across the country.

PrintStream 2011 includes significant improvements in the user screens, reporting, and versioning, as well hundreds of other enhancements.  The new release also incorporates all the needed postal enhancements for the 1/2011 USPS rule updates

Streamline President Laurence Snyder said "The focus in programming new features in PrintStream 2011 has been to decrease the lines of code currently being used and simplifying the table structure for reporting." Snyder continued "In Streamline 2008 there are well over 6,000,000 lines of code and close to 1,000 tables. As we modernized the current programs in .Net, careful consideration has been being given to ensure a leaner and even more efficient code structure."

PrintStream 2011 has been in development and testing for over a year, and incorporates over 700 enhancements and new capabilities to PrintStream.  These enhancements have been in both Live and Beta use with StreamLine clients for the last 7 months, and the reports are fabulous.

Clients have been able to take advantage of add on extensions for Wireless Warehousing, Enhanced Customer Views, and Daily Progress Dashboard, and a fully integrated CRM system just to name a few.

Companies of all sizes, from the newly emerging to established larger companies have the common need for enterprise class tools necessary to compete in today's marketplace.  With PrintStream 2011 any size businesses can have a fully integrated system that will handle print, direct mail, and fulfillment, and the intricacies in postage and general ledger accounting that are unique to the industry.
