Patrick Keddy to retire from Pitney Bowes

Press release from the issuing company

Harlow, UK - Pitney Bowes today announced that Patrick Keddy, executive vice president and president, Pitney Bowes International, will retire from the company at the end of the year.

Keddy joined Pitney Bowes in 1989 as a marketing manager for Pitney Bowes Financial Services in the United Kingdom. After subsequent promotions, he was named managing director of that unit in 1994, and vice president of Financial Services International in 1996.  Two years later, he was promoted to president of Pitney Bowes Mailing Systems for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In this role, he oversaw dramatic growth and expansion of the company's presence in these markets, leading to a quadrupling of revenues and substantially increasing the overall global portfolio for Pitney Bowes.  He was named executive vice president and president, Pitney Bowes Mailstream International in 2005, and assumed his current role in 2009, adding responsibilities for management services, production mail, and the Asia-Pacific region.

"Patrick Keddy made significant contributions to Pitney Bowes over his career and has been a key driver in our international growth," said Chairman, President and CEO Murray Martin. "I will greatly miss his counsel and his insights. I thank Patrick for his leadership, and wish him and his family well in the years ahead."
