Boulder, Colo. – InfoPrint Solutions, a Ricoh company, today unveiled impressive growth statistics regarding its Solutions Partner program.
The initiative was restructured in 2010 with an eye towards increasing participation, revenues, Specialist certification and education. The statistics that have just been revealed clearly demonstrate that the efforts put forth have been successful and well-received by the program's participants:
- The number of partners who will sell more than $1 million in revenue in 2010 is on track to increase by 100 percent compared to 2009
- As of July 2010, there was a 29 percent increase in the amount of new Solutions Specialists than seen in the full 2009 calendar year
- The number of Solutions Specialists certified in selling color cutsheet solutions increased by 2,300 percent while monochrome certifications increased by 70 percent.
These results are only from the first half of 2010; final results for the year are expected to be even more impressive.
The company's Solutions Partner program consists of three main levels: Solutions Partners, Solutions Specialist Partners, and Solutions Specialist Premium Partners. As Solutions Specialists, partners receive multiple sales enablement tools and rewards, including a dedicated territory manager, broader portfolio of solutions to sell and increased back-end incentive percentages paid on machines sold.

In 2010, InfoPrint Solutions has enhanced or created the following additions to its Solutions Partner program:
Solutions Partner MarketPlace – This is a private new website portal tailored specifically to Solutions Partners and Specialists. It is here where this community can find product, marketing and sales materials in one convenient location, with quick access to key sales information, competitive data, tools and market research.
InfoPrint University – Education courses, available online or on-site at InfoPrint Solutions' Boulder campus, enable more open, two-way communication between the company and its Solutions Specialists and Partners. This audience now has the ability to take classes, get immediate access to a wide variety of specific sales-related information and interact with others to share their personal insight and experiences.
Solutions Partner Conference – This Solutions Partner- event allows participants to attend hands-on sessions, including a social media tutorial, interactive discussions, hardware and solutions tutorials, and feedback sessions where Solutions Partners can update InfoPrint Solutions executives on their experiences in the field. The 2010 event, held in September, saw a record number of attendees.
