In October, Torraspapel, part of the Lecta Group, presented its Portuguese distribution clients with two important new tools aimed at anticipating their needs and offering them continuous improvements in service and processes.
With its new Customer Service Center, Torraspapel Portugal is now able to respond to customers using a modern, innovative CRM platform for more effective, personalized service. Customers can now carry out their normal day-to-day operations with Torraspapel - from speaking with a sales manager to asking technical questions or requesting a sample - more quickly through a single contact number.
The goal of the renewed Torraspapel Portugal website is to facilitate customers' access to product information, allowing them to easily locate what they need and purchase it on the also renewed e-commerce platform, under optimal delivery terms and with the customary service guarantees. The website also reflects the group's commitment to sustainability, offering searches for certified and recycled products as well as the possibility of downloading each paper's certifications on demand.
The project has been accompanied by a wide-reaching communications campaign with the slogan "Toda a Torraspapel núm único número" (All of Torraspapel at a single number), which was introduced at the meeting of the Portuguese Printing, Visual Communication and Paper Converting Industries Association (Apigraf) in early October and will be advertised in industry media.
