BCT held its annual owner meeting in Fort Lauderdale, FL October 1-3. At Saturday evenings reception the BCT Franchisee of the Year was announced. The top award went to Mark Ell and Mike Matchinsky from BCT Denver. Mark is pictured with Peter Posk, BCT's President.
