Springfield, VA – Telematch, Inc., announced today that its business units Telematch and Phoenix Data Processing have consolidated under a new name, brand and website. The new entity will be known as Relevate supported by a single website: www.relevategroup.com. According to the company, the change reflects expanded core offerings of the company. New and recently announced offerings include high-value data sources, digital delivery platforms, and data-driven customer acquisition and retention services that complement the company's traditional data and delivery assets.
"Changing two business names with more than 30 years of brand legacy is difficult," said Peg Kuman, CEO, Relevate. "The decision was not taken lightly. Yet in interviews with clients and colleagues, it became clear that so much of our audience knew us only for what we did for them, and were unaware of the real-time, digital, email and expanded analytical capabilities we deliver today."
"Our new name reflects only a small piece of the transformation we have implemented this past year to meet the needs of an evolving multichannel, data-driven marketplace," Kuman said. "All told, we've undertaken new data sourcing, key acquisitions, strategic alliances, organic new offerings, data analytics and management, digital marketing, new hires and data intelligence serving multiple vertical markets."
As part of the rebranding initiative, the "Telematch" and "Phoenix Data Processing" brand entities will disappear, being fully merged and renamed "Relevate."
