Harris Bank nominates Specialty Print Communications for IL Family Business Award

Press release from the issuing company

Niles, IL – Specialty Print Communications (SPC) announces that it has been nominated by Harris Bank for the 17th Annual Illinois Family Business of the Year Award through Loyola University of Chicago, Family Business Center. The Illinois Family Business of the Year Awards are presented to companies with a strong commitment to both business and family. In addition to business success, those recognized demonstrate positive family/business linkage, multi-generational family business involvement, contributions to industry and community, and innovative business practices and strategies.

“Harris is proud to nominate a dedicated family business like SPC,” said Bill McKinley, Senior VP Harris Bank, Winnetka, who nominated SPC. “Hard work and dedication have helped SPC grow their business over the last few years, despite the difficult economic environment. This has resulted in the operation of a state of the art printing facility and the addition of numerous new employees.”

“We’re pleased to be recognized by the nomination, which is an honor in itself,” said Adam LeFebvre, President of SPC, “and are grateful for the vote of confidence Harris has shared for SPC.”

“Our nomination provides SPC with some deserved recognition for the tremendous work that the LeFebvre family has invested to bring SPC to this point in their success,” said McKinley. The Awards Gala will be held on Tuesday, November 30th at the Four Seasons Chicago.
