Susan Nofi to direct Heidelberg's Academy and Biz Consulting activities in NA

Kennesaw, Ga. – Heidelberg USA has announced that Susan Nofi, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Legal, will assume leadership of Heidelberg's Print Media Academy (PMA) and Business Consulting unit for North America, in addition to continuing her current duties.

Nofi brings more than 20 years of management experience in legal, human resources and organizational development roles. She is active in industry organizations such as the Printing and Graphics Scholarship Foundation, the Accrediting Council for Collegiate Graphic Communications, and various Women in Print activities.

"I'm delighted to assume my new responsibilities with respect to our Print Media Academy and Business Consulting unit," Nofi said. "Both programs are noteworthy for their proven success in helping customers maximize their investment in equipment and personnel, as well as for delivering the kinds of results companies can rely on to build their bottom lines."

Now in its 10th year, Heidelberg's Print Media Academy has become a recognized global leader in training and consulting for the print media industry. With 12 full-time trainers in the U.S. and the ability to conduct up to five custom training classes at a time, the North American PMA furnishes the need-specific tools, techniques and training to make employees more efficient and the companies they work for more profitable.

The activities of the PMA are closely related to and supported by those of Heidelberg's Business Consulting unit. Heidelberg Business Consulting experts bring years of experience observing, analyzing and finding ways to improve production procedures while reducing or eliminating waste.
