STRATECOM expands account, business management teams

Boulder,Colo.(Sept. 23, 2003)- STRATECOM, a leading Colorado advertising, marketing and public relations firm, announces the addition of three new team members to the account services and business management teams. Liz Carlock has been named senior account manager and Josh Davis has been named project manager. Additionally, Jeanne Hastings has been named office manager for STRATECOM. Carlock’s career spans 14 years in numerous marketing positions in the technology and health care industries. She has launched and grown businesses; spearheaded support services; and led business development, research and planning activities – most recently with Sun Microsystems. At Sun, Carlock led all marketing activities that positioned and promoted Sun’s developer technical support services. She also held senior positions with ConferTech International, TransLogic Corporation, Metering Services Inc. and Marquest Medical Products. At STRATECOM, Carlock serves as senior account manager working on the Sun Microsystems project team and other special assignments.  Davis comes to STRATECOM from The Integer Group. At Integer,Davis was primarily responsible for process improvements and management of sales and marketing programs. Davis executed point-of-sale programs for both the Coors and Molson accounts, and implemented direct mail and internal sales programs for Corporate Express.  He has also worked for The Readership Institute and Precision Cable Assemblies, LLC. At STRATECOM, he is the project manager for a variety of clients, primarily Westwood College of Technology and The American Indian College Fund. Hastings returns to the STRATECOM team in the role of office manager after a 15-month hiatus. She brings nearly 18 years experience in medical and education executive support and management. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations as well as bookkeeping duties.  “We are excited about our new staff members and the skill and experience they bring to our team,” said Bill Obermeier, chairman of STRATECOM. “Their combined knowledge and experience will enable us to provide even greater technical expertise and account management service for our clients.”
