"One of the most important things to learn about social media is how marketers are leveraging this new style of communications to get their messages out," said Cary Sherburne, Senior Editor and Director of Services for WhatTheyThink, who will be moderating the session. "This session is designed to bring you that information directly from marketing customers, who are likely proceeding down the same path as your own customers."

A little more than a decade ago the primary focus of his work began to shift to the development of strategic marketing, communication and business development initiatives for professional service consulting, accounting and business law firms.

Eric's approach is rooted in the belief that, at its core, successful marketing is relationship-based, rooted in the art and discipline of dialogue. He blogs about strategic marketing and values in today's marketplace at http://marketingbrainfodder.blogspot.com.

The second in a series of three webinars, this session features marketing experts who will discuss how they are using social media to market their businesses. Speakers will share their thoughts about the role social media plays in modern marketing, its pros and cons, and best practices for implementing a social media strategy. Some of the issues explored will include the types of social-media services marketing professionals are looking to outsource, how they select providers, and what the role of print is in an integrated communications strategy that includes social media.

Part Three of the series will be conducted on November 17th and will include a panel of print service providers who have turned social media to their advantage for business growth.

"Many printing businesses are either not pursuing social media avenues or are struggling with the most effective way to leverage social media for their own marketing purposes and to create new revenue streams," said Randy Davidson, President, WhatTheyThink. "This timely session will help companies jump-start their social media decisions and efforts with a down-to-earth approach to the subject, without the hype that many other sources include. We appreciate the fact that Grow Socially is sponsoring this important session, allowing us to make it available at no charge."

Attendees will be able to participate in a live question and answer session to get the most from the experience and will be able to view and listen to the presentation using a standard Internet browser with audio streamed via computer.
