Punch abandons plans to take over Esko-Graphics Digital Printing Unit

Press release from the issuing company

September 17, 2003 - Punch International has decided not to pursue the acquisition of the Esko-Graphics Digital Printing Products activities. This decision follows the conclusion of an elaborate due diligence. An in-depth due diligence inquiry has led to the conclusion that it is uncertain that these activities could be rendered profitable in the short term.
