Label Traxx adds powerful new package printing features

Press release from the issuing company

Milwaukee, WI - Tailored Solutions Label Traxx-the most popular print business management software for flexographic narrow web label printers and converters-will introduce a number of powerful new package printing features at Labelexpo Americas 2010 in Chicago, September 14-16.  The new features are an integral part of Label Traxx Version 5.6, currently in beta testing and scheduled for full release later in 2010.  The new package printing features support special processes used in printing shrink sleeves, folding cartons, and other multiple press and multiple process converting procedures.  This new software option greatly simplifies estimating and running jobs which passes through as many as four presses plus a rewinder.  It also includes features for various intermediate processes on each job.

Announcing the new Label Traxx package printing features, Tailored Solutions president Ken Meinhardt said: "As they move more and more into package printing, Label Traxx users find themselves running complex jobs on several presses, using many processes.  Our new package printing option permits accurately estimating, managing, and recording such jobs.  Users who have tested these features tell us that they realize significant time savings and create far more accurate estimates."
