Press release from the issuing company

York, PA - Anstadt Printing Corporation has acquired Harrisburg-based HAPSCO Design & Printing Services.

Anstadt is a 5th generation, family-owned print communications and marketing services provider that has been in business since 1878.

Established more than 30 years ago by The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP), HAPSCO grew into one of the most trusted print and graphics communications companies in the region, serving a diverse clientele of nonprofits, associations, and corporations.

"Through a twenty-year strategic partnership, Anstadt and HAPSCO have worked together to bring forth the best products and solutions to help customers communicate and grow," said Anstadt President and CEO Matthew Doran. "With HAPSCO now joining the Anstadt family, we look forward to bringing our high-quality, high-value printing, communications, and branding products and expertise to bear for all of our customers."

Sandy Shirk, former director of HAPSCO, joins Anstadt as Senior Account Manager. Her responsibilities will include servicing existing HAPSCO accounts. Former HAPSCO graphic designer Kathi Klinger also has joined Anstadt. Both will be based at Anstadt's York headquarters.

"Continuing our relationship with our HAPSCO customers and meeting their needs has been and will continue to be our number one priority," Shirk said. "Under the Anstadt umbrella, HAPSCO's customer-centric approach to printing and graphic communications will be enhanced, as we are joining forces with an industry leader and a trustworthy partner."
